Community Centre
Welcome to Clubhaus
We’ve taken industrial parks to a new level with our signature Clubhaus community spaces, making them more attractive and enjoyable for our clients’ employees and the local community. With elegant design and landscaping, they serve as a versatile common space for meetings, special events, and recreational activities, with features such as canteens, convenience stores, sports facilities, and leisure space. The first Clubhaus was introduced at CTPark Bor in 2020. Since then, we’ve been slowly rolling out more across our portfolio and further developing the concept to help further embed our parks in the communities where we operate.

Amenities on Site
Onsite amenities are adjusted from location to location, depending on each park’s unique needs and to better support our clients and their employees. Amenities include medical points, well-kept landscaping, parking (including with EV charging), convenience stores, canteens, or outdoor gyms. Certain parks also have public transport stops nearby and shuttle buses, which helps expand the workforce potential in the area, while we are working on rolling out more accommodation at select strategic parks in our portfolio.
