The park consists of an existing hall with an adjacent office building (a total of about 8,000 m²) and a new building (about 15,000 m²). The new building will be constructed according to the latest ESG standards, including a large photovoltaic system, e-charging stations, and heat pumps. The location is suitable for production and, due to its immediate proximity to the A9 motorway, also for warehousing/logistics. From a logistical point of view, Schleiz is a strategically advantageous location in Thuringia. The city is well connected to important transport routes. The A9 motorway runs in close proximity and allows for quick connections to cities like Leipzig, Berlin, and Munich.
