CTPark Blučina is located in the south Moravian region, just 8km south of Brno on the European route E65 towards Bratislava. CTPark Brno South is located just 7km from Brno on the D1 highway between Prague/Ostrava, featuring excellent accessibility to Brno international airport and direct rail access. The park is situated in a cost-effective, high-tech production and logistics cluster with available skilled labour.

The dilapidated area of ​​the former Zetor industrial site. Due to its location just inside the Brno ring road, the park is ideal for light manufacturing, retail, research and small logistics. All halls will be implemented in the BREEAM Excellent  New Construction Building Certification System at least Excellent. The park will also include charging stations for electric vehicles. Within the park, solar energy will be used as a secondary source of electricity for the purpose of covering energy needs, individual tenants or the park itself.
