The CTP property is a highlight of the German real estate market due to its industrial past and prime location. The former Mannesmann pipe works, which were sold to Vallourec in 2005, had been located in the Düsseldorf-Rath district since 1899. This area is now being transformed by CTP into a multifunctional business park that leaves nothing to be desired by its users. The CTP Location in Wuppertal consists of several building sections that have been used over the years for production, research, storage, and administration. The spaces can be flexibly redesigned and adapted to suit user requirements. The property also offers direct access to major highways A46 and A535, as well as a direct connection to the Nordbahnstrasse, which ideally links the site to the city center.

The CTP development project at Jülicher Straße 495 features flexible commercial units across approximately 42,000 m². The existing buildings will be demolished to make way for energy-efficient new constructions starting in 2026, equipped with photovoltaic systems. This allows tenants to utilize green electricity on-site. Additionally, the building will be certified to DGNB Gold standards. The project will provide around 15,500 m² of leasable space in units ranging from 620 to 11,000 m², which can be flexibly combined. This flexibility accommodates a variety of unit sizes, making the property ideal for businesses in production, logistics, research, retail, and office use.

CTPark Rotterdam is located on business park Nieuw Reijerwaard in the highly sustainable industrial area ‘Dutch Fresh Port’. Located in the Metropolitan Area Rotterdam - The Hague, Port of Rotterdam and many international organizations reside within its borders. Nieuw Reijerwaard is to become the most sustainable agrologistics business park in Europe. The building ROT1 is leased to a specialized fruit forwarding company. The 23.000 sqm climatized distribution building, pre-leased for 15 years, gives CTP position in a dynamic and competitive location. As 60% of Dutch Fresh Port still needs to be developed, CTP’s focus will be to initiate its own developments in order to create a genuine CTPark Rotterdam.
