CTPark Louny is located 50km north-east of Prague and 40km south of Teplice. The area features low-cost, available work-force with easy access to production centres and consumer markets. Fast roadway access and central location makes the park ideal for logistics and high-tech production.

CTPark Chomutov offers a wide range of possibilities for production and warehousing activities. The park is in the city of Chomutov, boasting excellent infrastructure at the junction of E442 and motorway D7, and providing excellent access to the site. CTPark Teplice II is strategically located 20km from the German border on the E55/D8 motorway (Prague/Dresden), a major north-south pan-European corridor. The area’s large population base, long industrial tradition and above-average unemployment ensure availability of skilled labour. There are comparatively lower wage and operating costs than in nearby Germany.
