The business park in Linthe consists of six buildings constructed between 1977 and 1998, including a warehouse (approx. 11,300 m²) with an associated administrative building (approx. 1,325 m²). The existing hall will be supplemented with additional docking areas as part of the currently planned new construction and retrofitted with a photovoltaic (PV) system. Currently, the existing hall is serviced by 5 ground-level doors. The hall was recently equipped with a new, modern sprinkler system. The new building (approx. 16,000 m²), ready for occupancy by December 2024, will be built to the latest ESG standards, including a PV system and heat pumps.
