The CTP Location in Schwerin consists of a mix of business parks, warehouses, and offices. The area offers numerous small rental spaces where craft businesses and car repair shops have established themselves. It also provides sufficient storage or production space in halls of up to 2,000 m² for larger companies. Additionally, there is potential for expansion on the property, which can be utilized if needed.

The CTP location in Wittingen is an established production, storage, and administration complex with a total rental area of approximately 21,259 m², spread over two properties. The spaces at the location are flexibly divisible and suitable for various uses across different industries. Modern office and social areas are available. Hall height: Plant I (West): 5 m, Plant I (East) and Plant II: 7 m. There is ample outdoor space for parking or for additional construction or project development. The spaces were originally used by a printing company.

The business park in Linthe consists of six buildings constructed between 1977 and 1998, including a warehouse (approx. 11,300 m²) with an associated administrative building (approx. 1,325 m²). The existing hall will be supplemented with additional docking areas as part of the currently planned new construction and retrofitted with a photovoltaic (PV) system. Currently, the existing hall is serviced by 5 ground-level doors. The hall was recently equipped with a new, modern sprinkler system. The new building (approx. 16,000 m²), ready for occupancy by December 2024, will be built to the latest ESG standards, including a PV system and heat pumps.

The property consists of two halls with storage and office space, which were mainly built in the 1990s. The warehouses are equipped with over 35 docking areas. The deep-freeze main hall has a ceiling height of 11m. The halls can be cooled differently, with temperatures as low as -30°C possible. Docking is possible from both sides of the main hall (cross-dock). Access to the property is via a combined entrance and exit without a gatekeeper. A gatehouse is available so that a company can be hired if necessary.
