We’ve taken industrial parks to a new level with our signature Clubhaus community spaces, making them more attractive and enjoyable for our clients’ employees and the local community. With elegant design and landscaping, they serve as a versatile common space for meetings, special events, and recreational activities, with features such as canteens, convenience stores, sports facilities, and leisure space. The first Clubhaus was introduced at CTPark Bor in 2020. Onsite amenities are adjusted from location to location, depending on each park’s unique needs and to better support our clients and their employees. Amenities include medical points, well-kept landscaping, parking (including with EV charging), convenience stores, canteens, or outdoor gyms.
