Prerequisites/Requirements for the job
- University degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy, communicative personality and ownership
- Team player
- Precision, reliability, good problem solving skills, flexibility
- Confident computer skills (MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Fluency in English and Hungarian languages
Responsibilities
- Acquisition, Construction and Property Management related legal projects in case appointed
- Overview of the general business, providing legal support to CTP employees
- Coordinating with external service providers
- Translation of documents
- Compliance with internal procedures, active involvement in process development
Lease:
- Business Development Department full scale support
- Negotiation, draft, and finalization of all kinds of documents
- Follow up existing leases and expirations
- Follow up bank guarantees, manage, collect and report missing guarantees
- Update weekly lease progress reports
Acquisitions:
- Support with tasks in all kinds of transactions
- Contact with external law firms
- Support and follow up in due diligence, negotiation and signing/closing procedures
Daily operation:
- Manage legal issues arising during the everyday operation
- Support in employment related cases
- Support local compliance
