Commercial Lawyer

Prerequisites/Requirements for the job

• University degree
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy, communicative personality and ownership
• Team player
• Precision, reliability, good problem solving skills, flexibility
• Confident computer skills (MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Fluency in English and Hungarian languages

 

Responsibilities

• Acquisition, Construction and Property Management related legal projects in case appointed
• Overview of the general business, providing legal support to CTP employees
• Coordinating with external service providers
• Translation of documents
• Compliance with internal procedures, active involvement in process development

 

Lease:

• Business Development Department full scale support
• Negotiation, draft, and finalization of all kinds of documents
• Follow up existing leases and expirations
• Follow up bank guarantees, manage, collect and report missing guarantees
• Update weekly lease progress reports

 

Acquisitions:

• Support with tasks in all kinds of transactions
• Contact with external law firms
• Support and follow up in due diligence, negotiation and signing/closing procedures

 

Daily operation:

• Manage legal issues arising during the everyday operation
• Support in employment related cases
• Support local compliance
