ESG Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a communicative and detail-oriented team-player to support our ESG-team in reporting and certification processes in the Czech Republic. This role offers opportunities for growth, specialization in ESG reporting, and involvement in impactful sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage ESG data, including energy and resource consumption, into the internal ESG system.
• Keep internal databases up to date (EPCs, BREEAM certificates).
• Communicate with colleagues and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for reporting and certifications (EPC, BREEAM, ISO, etc.).
• Support compliance with environmental regulations and contribute to local ESG projects.
• Prepare reports and documentation for Group ESG.

Requirements:

• High school or university degree (preferably in economics, civil engineering, or another technical field).
• Experience in data collection or analysis is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of sustainability frameworks or building technology is a plus.
