Tax Specialist

To strengthen our tax team based in Prague we are looking for a TAX SPECIALIST.

Responsibilities:

• General support of the tax team in relation to both Czech and group tax agenda.
• CZ tax compliance – CIT, RET, WHT and other.
• Support with ad hoc projects, restructurings, M&A, group tax compliance coordination.
• Cooperation with external tax advisers.
• Monitoring tax legislation changes, research within EU tax law and other resources
• Preparation and evidence of data sets (CIT advance payments, RET payments etc.).
• Support with transfer pricing agenda.

Reports to:
Group Tax Director

Desired profile

• Czech and English speaker.
• At least 1-2 years previous experience from Big4 or other consulting company in corporate tax area and basic knowledge of CZ GAAP.
• Self-organizational skills.
• Self-motivation and feeling responsibility for the results.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
