Role description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Data Analyst to lead our data transformation initiatives as part of the D365 F&O implementation and future projects. In this role, you’ll work with diverse data sets across finance, property management, and project management within the real estate sector. You’ll play a pivotal role in turning raw data into actionable insights, collaborating closely with our dynamic Business Transformation Team and reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while driving innovation and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Data Transformation:Drive data cleansing and validation efforts within given streams during for the remaining part of the implementation project
- In-Depth Analysis:Conduct detailed analysis of financial, property management, and project data to ensure seamless integration into Dynamics 365 and upcoming projects.
- Excel Mastery:Develop and maintain sophisticated Excel models for data validation, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Data Integrity:Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity.
- Insightful Reporting:Provide actionable insights and support business transformation goals through advanced reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience:2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis.
- Excel Expertise:Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA/macros is a plus.
- ERP Systems Knowledge:Experience with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365, AX, or Tririga).
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Language Proficiency:Proficiency in English.
