Key responsibilities:
The employee is responsible for the overall implementation of M&E projects, starting from the initial preparation phase, through design, assistance with permits, tendering, implementation, until completion and handover to the tenant.
- control of provisions and concepts to KIP, DŚ, PB in order to avoid the need to change e.g. to PB (number of emitters, capacities, emissions, etc.)
- optimisation and standardisation of installation solutions – cooperation with the Estates Department to eliminate execution errors (service costs, nuisance repairs, cost control)
- updating of specifications (for comments from Property Managers, for market changes, etc.)
- technical support during discussions with customers
- ongoing monitoring of implementation with regard to quality of work and installed equipment
- assistance in the preparation/verification of applications for the supply of utilities – ongoing support in the pre-construction and construction phases
- tender packages
- support and control of progress on site in relation to the M&E scope
- identification of contact points for each package
- support to the Development Department/Leasing Department in the bidding process
- support during the DD phase
Requirements:
- higher education
- minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics real estate sector
- very good knowledge of English
