Business Developer (Warsaw)

Key responsibilities:

• Leasing of commercial space & properties in the Polish portfolio
• Taking an active role in negotiation with tenants, as well as on-going relations
• Ensuring completeness of all required documentation
• Preparation of leasing offers, viewings with clients
• Optimizing income for leased spaces
• Regular reporting and updates of the leasing activities progress to relevant stakeholders within the company

Requirements:

• University degree, business-related preferred, ideally in real estate
• At least 5 years of experience in leasing buildings in a similar position as leasing manager (owner-side ideally)
• Proven successful track record in leasing, understanding of all complexities of the leasing process and ability to maintain long-term relationships with tenants
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of CEE market
• Fluent English is a must
