Role description:

The Data Analyst – GIS and Portfolio Data Management plays a critical role in maintaining and analyzing CTP’s portfolio data, focusing on the geographical (GIS) and asset data of Parks, Buildings and surrounding areas. As the subject matter expert in portfolio data management, this role requires a keen eye for data accuracy, consistency, and integrity, ensuring that portfolio information across CTP’s assets is up-to-date, complete, and stored according to company standards. This position supports cross-functional teams by enabling access to high-quality, reliable data essential for strategic decision-making, reporting and compliance.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Data Science, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, GIS, or real estate portfolio management.
• Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), and experience with data management systems (e.g., D365). Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with SQL or Power BI is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to detect inconsistencies, errors, and omissions in data and documents.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights while ensuring data integrity.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real estate or property management data.
• Knowledge of data governance best practices and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with automated data integration tools and techniques.
