Prerequisites/Requirements for the job
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Full secondary education
- Knowledge of English language – intermediate (B2)
- MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint – user level
- Good organisational skills
- Non-confrontational, communicative type, independent and presentable type
- Professional and pleasant demeanour
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, keen to work and learn
- Flexibility, helpfulness, consistency, systematic, responsible, meeting deadlines
Responsibilities
- Complete back-office support for all departments of the company;
- Ensuring the smooth running of the reception and office (office supplies, refreshments, order and cleanliness);
- Receiving, introducing and servicing visitors, initial client contact, providing information;
- Managing meeting rooms and booking appointments;
- Filing and processing postal correspondence and e-mail in the internal system;
- Ensuring the signing process of official company documents and related agenda;
- Routine administration (copying, scanning, archiving, filing, filing and shredding of documents);
- Coordination of travel, transportation and accommodation for staff;
- Administrative support to the HR department;
- Ad hoc tasks as directed by supervisor.
