ESG Manager

Position description:

• Coordination of activities related to the ESG policy established by the CTP management (this policy is drawn up at the pan-European management level and is under the jurisdiction of the CSO/Head of ESG)
• Providing feedback on policy adjustments and refinements within national and market specificities and current progress
• Active participation in the monitoring and reporting of ESG KPI’s, which will reflect the goals set for the given year/period for the republic level
• The role is subordinate to the Republic leadership, but reports to the holding level

Who we are looking for:

• An expert experienced in the multi-criteria assessment of buildings, BREEAM, LEED, WELL, etc. with knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001
• An analytically and strategically thinking Parkmaker who is familiar with the EU Green Deal and the EU Taxonomy and knows the international ESG rating agencies MSCI, DJ, Sustainanalytics, ISS, Euronext, etc.
• Proactive conscientious team player with good communication skills and interest in new trends in sustainability and their application
• A colleague who has no problem with spoken and written English and is no stranger to the topic of voluntary reporting and evaluation schemes – CSA, GRI, GRESB, CDP
• Advantage: AP status under one of the above certification schemes
