The nearby A27 provides quick access to the A1 and onward connections towards Hamburg, Hanover and Osnabrück. Bremen city centre and Bremen Airport are also easily accessible. The surrounding area, home to established commercial and industrial businesses, together with access to the wider transport network, makes the location particularly attractive to companies in logistics, manufacturing and other commercial sectors.
