CTP and the Czech Pavillion at EXPO 2025 launch the Bridge of Nations, connecting Vlněna in Brno with Osaka in Japan
CTP, the largest developer of logistics and industrial real estate in the Czech Republic and the national partner of the Czech participation in EXPO 2025, has joined the unique Bridge of Nations project connecting the Czech pavilion in Osaka, Japan, with selected locations in the Czech Republic via a live, two-way visual broadcast. The first link was launched at Vlněna in Brno, making it the first location to be connected in real time with the EXPO. The project shows that modern technology can bring not only continents together, but also people, ideas, and specific places across the world. Through the project, CTP is also promoting the visibility of Czech regions and their involvement in international dialogue.
The Bridge of Nations uses a pair of large-format LED screens with cameras. One is located directly at the entrance to the Czech Pavilion and the other will be gradually moved between selected locations across the Czech Republic. When it is daytime in both countries, the telebridge connects visitors in real time via video and text chat available via QR code. In Osaka, it also includes an AI app that can translate sign language into written form, extending the accessibility of the entire project. The initiative aims to bring the public on both sides of the world closer together, enabling them to communicate with each other and helping to strengthen cultural and social ties. Equally important is the involvement of several Czech regions, institutions, and communities.

After Vlněna, the Bridge of Nations will move to other CTP locations in the Czech Republic —for example, Spielberg in Brno, the IQ Ostrava campus, and Plzeň. The Bridge of Nations is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CET, including weekends. Outside these times, a partner loop with videos and thematic content will run on the screens. The opening ceremony of the installation took place on Wednesday, 23 April at 13:00 in Brno, Vlněna.
The EXPO 2025 World Expo in Osaka is in full swing and has already offered visitors a number of inspiring meetings, debates, and cultural experiences during its first days. The Czech Pavilion has been profiling itself from the beginning as a dynamic place for the presentation of Czech talent and is actively engaging in international dialogue. As part of its national partnership, CTP is involved not only in the exhibition’s professional program, but also in the promotion of the overall image of the Czech Republic as a stable, innovative, and investment-attractive country with much to offer global investors.
