Prerequisites/Requirements for the job/Elvárások
- Higher education in economics
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounting
- Confident computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills
- Accurate, punctual and able to work independently
- Intermediate knowledge of English
- B category driving licence
Responsibilities/Feladatok
- Participate in the creating/booking of customer invoices (including rent – sc- utility – intercompany and ad hoc invoices)
- Understanding the lease agreements and ability to handle automatic invoicing
- Issue-resolution, research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliations
- Generate and send out intercompany invoices based on information received according to specific deadlines
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and initiate collection efforts
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records, create new customers
- Booking of bank movements
- Support the accounting team with any daily accounting duties as instructed by the Chief Accountant, provided that necessary training is received in order to perform the task
- Complete any financing related administrative or documentation task, as instructed by the Chief Accountant and CFO Hungary
