Hungary proves to be rising destination for global manufacturer Zoomlion

The strategic location of CTPark Tatabánya—just off the M1 motorway and less than 70 km from Budapest—was a major factor in Zoomlion’s decision. The park provides seamless access to regional transit corridors and is within close reach of Bratislava and Vienna, enabling efficient service to European partners. Situated in one of Hungary’s fastest-growing industrial zones, the Tatabánya-Komárom region, the park is also home to numerous global enterprises.

Smooth, customised delivery

CTP’s flexible, client-focused approach was crucial in securing the agreement. The company is customising the existing logistics building to meet Zoomlion’s specific production needs, including outdoor storage, new service facilities, and a 20,000 sqm testing area. Sustainability also played a key role, with the development featuring energy-efficient, environmentally conscious solutions aligned with CTP’s long-term property ownership and management strategy.
