Savera Components is a global provider of mechanical solutions for the lift industry. With pre-existing locations in Spain and India, the Czech Republic was a new and relatively unknown territory for Savera – but they did know about the region’s reputation, and they wanted to make a strategic move into the market. They needed close final-market proximity, a skilled workforce, and top-quality production space with unique customisations, and flexibility to adapt to their industry’s evolving demands.
In 2019, CTP provided them a full-service real estate solution as Ramiro José Aranda Sánchez, Savera’s Czech General Manager, explains in the video. As is the case with a lot of our clients, the conditions in the region and our park were ideal, helping unlock their business’s success and they found they soon needed more space. Naturally, they chose CTP to help them expand from CTPark Ostrava Poruba.
