Savera’s Debut and Growth Story in Czechia
Savera Components is a global provider of mechanical solutions for the lift industry. With pre-existing locations in Spain and India, the Czech Republic was a new and relatively unknown territory for Savera – but they did know about the region’s reputation, and they wanted to make a strategic move into the market. They needed close final-market proximity, a skilled workforce, and top-quality production space with unique customisations, and flexibility to adapt to their industry’s evolving demands.
In 2019, CTP provided them a full-service real estate solution as Ramiro José Aranda Sánchez, Savera’s Czech General Manager, explains in the video. As is the case with a lot of our clients, the conditions in the region and our park were ideal, helping unlock their business’s success and they found they soon needed more space.
