Toyota Logistics Services Expands Operations at CTPark Vienna East
Toyota Logistics Services strengthened its European logistics network with a 12,000 sqm customised warehouse at CTPark Vienna East. The facility supports automotive parts distribution across Central and South-Eastern Europe and helps Toyota improve the efficiency of the regional supply chain.
The new warehouse at CTPark Vienna East became operational in 2022 and was specifically designed to meet Toyota Logistics Services’ requirements for automotive logistics, distribution, and energy-efficient operations.
Located directly on the A4 motorway and only 15 minutes from Vienna International Airport, CTPark Vienna East offers fast connections to Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, and other major European markets. The location also supports cross-border workforce commuting and provides excellent access to the region’s manufacturing and logistics corridor.
The customised logistics facility includes several advanced building features that support Toyota’s operational and environmental targets, including:
- On-site solar energy generation

By combining modern logistics infrastructure with renewable energy solutions, the project enabled Toyota Logistics Services to establish its first leased carbon-neutral parts warehouse in Europe.
The development highlights the growing importance of Austria as a strategic location for automotive logistics and regional distribution. With its proximity to Vienna and key transport routes, CTPark Vienna East continues to attract international companies looking for high-quality industrial and logistics space in Central Europe.
