Raben chose CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal as a new development in Romania reaching 15k sqm of leased space with CTP throughout the country

Oradea, 05 September 2023 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), has expanded its partnership with Raben Group, the leading European logistics operator, adding Oradea as the fourth location of Raben Logistics Romania in the CTP Romania’s portfolio and reaching a total of 15,000 sqm throughout the country.

In CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, recognized as Romania’s pioneering industrial park featuring an air cargo terminal, Raben Group has secured a lease for innovative high storage warehouse suitable for diversified needs of its customers, spanning 1,300 sqm.

CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal is built on 14.4 hectares of land and includes three buildings with a total leasable area of 60,000 sqm and numerous specific infrastructure elements, such as the aircraft parking apron or the taxiway connecting the aircraft parking apron to the airport runway.

Located in the western part of Romania, at only 10 km from Borş, the largest border point on the western border, CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal benefits of direct connection with Oradea Airport and Eurobusiness II industrial center, but also with large neighboring cities such as Timisoara, Arad, Cluj-Napoca, Deva, Debrecen and Budapest.

By establishing this new distribution centre in Oradea, Raben Group now occupies a total of 15,000 sqm of warehouse space across four parks within CTP Romania’s portfolio, where its presence extends to Bucharest, Sibiu, and Timisoara as well.
