Developing at Full Speed in Northwest Bohemia

West Northwest Bohemia is still leading in terms of construction activity on industrial & logistics market. Last year more than 40% new supply in 2017 is expected to be delivered in Northwest Bohemia.

One of our flagship parks, CTPark Bor is still expanding – we are now finishing the construction of the new hall for the existing client Adient. Another client, Autoneum, leased additional 8,000 m² hall.

CTPark Aš handover was completed succesfully and our client, packaging manufacturer Petainer, is already operating there.

Another imporant part of the CTPark portfolio, CTPark Plzeň, lately saw the handover of production hall for the automotive car parts manufacturer Megatech.

With its strategic location near Germany and Western European market, North west Bohemia is becoming the hot spot for various types of companies. While the vacancy remains at the historically low levels, CTPark network offers space in its A-class parks in CTPark Most (10,000 m²) or in CTPark Žatec (12,000 m²).
