CTP welcomes Golden Fish to CTPark Bucharest North
Bucharest, 21 September 2021 – CTP, the largest developer and manager of Class-A and industrial spaces in Romania, welcomes the Romanian company Golden Fish and its product brand “Micul Fermier” to its new 14,500 m2 facility at CTPark Bucharest North.
Golden Fish is a private company with 100% Romanian capital that sells equipment, spare parts and consumables with a vast portfolio of tools for home, farm, garden and orchard under the umbrella of its own brands: Micul Fermier, Detoolz, Almaz and Micul Pădurar. The company’s continued rapid growth and plans for expansion called for new facilities, including office and storage space. Golden Fish initially signed on for a 10,500 m2 unit but quickly expanded its footprint to 14,500 m2 based on the quality of the premium building and CTPark Bucharest’s strategic location and easy access to the main motorway network.
CTPark Bucharest North was developed following an investment of over EUR 65 million and represents one of CTP’s premium locations in Romania. Located in Ștefănești-Ilfov, the complex has easy access to the main connecting roads such as the A3 and DN2 as well as to Bucharest and provides tenants with flexible medium- and long-term rental options. Other CTPark Bucharest tenants include DSV Group, Rohlik and Boutique Mall.
