Warsaw, April 30, 2021
CTP, the largest industrial developer in CEE continues expanding its logistics park network in Poland. Next week, construction work will start in Opole, where CTP successfully developed multiple buildings for its long-term tenants over the last few years. This CTPark holds an excellent geographical position halfway between Katowice and Wroclaw, just 56 km to the Czech border and with direct connection to Germany via E40 motorway, and is also located within the Special Economic Zone of Opole which provides attractive corporate income tax related incentives.
Being one of the largest markets and economies in CEE, Poland provides CTP and its tenant network much expansion potential, as the country hosts a growing economy and consumer population, well-educated work forces, strong technical innovation and relatively low production costs. CTP stands to be the market leader in CEE and is enthusiastic about the opportunities in Poland and is extending its activities in the region.
