The MIPIM Awards 2024 distinguishes itself by honoring developments that share a unified trait: an unwavering dedication to sustainability across prime real estate categories and innovative mixed-use projects. Among the esteemed nominees is CTPark Amsterdam City, CTP’s hallmark of sustainable development. This state-of-the-art, multimodal distribution hub spans 120,000 sqm in the vital Port of Amsterdam. It was completed in Q2 2023, boasting a BREEAM Excellent certification. As a multi-tiered XXL facility, it champions zero-emission last-mile delivery, equipped with 13,000 solar panels, ten wind turbines, and a comprehensive network of over 200 EV charging points for vehicles, boats, and bicycles.
