CTPark Kragujevac under construction

Developments in Serbia, the newest country in the CTPark Network, are fully underway. CTP is developing A-Class properties around the capital Belgrade and other regional cities to respond to the growing demand in this new CEE business hotspot.

In CTPark Kragujevac, CTP is building a 26,000 m² facility for an existing client and another 5,000 m²  which will be available for future new tenants.

The target for CTP Serbia is to reach more than 70.000 m² of GLA at the end of 2019 and to secure more land for new development in 2020.
