The goal of the projects below is the installation of photovoltaic power plants with the specified output without storage for the applicant’s own consumption.With the help of the use of renewable resources, not only will the provision of electricity for the applicant’s activities be optimized, but also other positive changes, especially the impact on the environment.
CTP Expands Its Solar Capacity with Backing from RES+ and NPO Funding Programs
CTP continues to expand its photovoltaic infrastructure to reduce the carbon footprint of its industrial and logistics parks and enhance their energy efficiency. Supported by the RES+ and NPO funding programs, a total of 28,667 kWp of solar capacity has been installed—equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of approximately 14,000 households.
What is the impact of these installations?
The total installed capacity from these two programs amounts to 28,649 kWp, which is equivalent to:
✅ The annual electricity consumption of approximately 14,000 households (based on an average usage of 2 kW per household).
✅ The electricity generated would be enough to power 28 freight trains used in long-distance transport.
✅ A total of 62,404 solar panels have been installed on the rooftops of our buildings.
Thanks to these initiatives, CTP ranks among the leaders in sustainable energy within industrial development. Our investments in solar power reinforce our commitment to reducing CO₂ emissions and operating our buildings more efficiently.
This project was carried out with financial support from the European Union and the RES+ and NPO funding programs, aimed at promoting renewable energy development and reducing CO₂ emissions.
