Leading distributor of dental equipment Dentstore expands to 8,500 sqm at CTPark Bucharest

Bucharest, July 20, 2023 – CTP, Romania’s largest developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics propertuies by gross leasable area (GLA) has signed a new deal with Dentstore, one of the largest distributors of dental equipment in Romania, which has expanded its warehouse to 8,500 sqm of space at CTPark Bucharest.

The partnership between CTP and Dentstore began in 2018, when the Romanian medical equipment distributor moved into 1,850 sqm of space at CTPark Bucharest, and gradually expaned by 8,500 sqm today. Dentstore distributes its products from CTPark Bucharest to its customers in Romania and in Bulgaria and is a leading player in its market.

Dentstore has a dedicated warehouse at CTPark Bucharest that meets all its needs. The park, which offers approximately 570,000 sqm of logistics space is the largest industrial park in CEE, located near Bucharest’s western entrance, with direct access to the A1 motorway, which supports the efficient distribution of Dentstore’s medical equipment.

Built according to BREEAM standards, CTPark Bucharest offers Class A warehouses for rent, designed for small and medium-sized businesses, with flexible spaces from 500 sqm to 6,000 sqm, equipped with offices and all the necessary utilities for those who want to grow their business.
