The park consists of an existing hall with an adjacent office building (a total of about 8,000 m²) and a new building (about 15,000 m²). The new building will be constructed according to the latest ESG standards, including a large photovoltaic system, e-charging stations, and heat pumps. The location is suitable for production and, due to its immediate proximity to the A9 motorway, also for warehousing/logistics.
