CTP Romania inaugurated the new office spaces of the American company Panduit in CTPark Arad North

• Panduit's new offices are located in a new building, meet the specific needs of the client and are connected to the production space owned by the American company in CTPark North Arad
• Until now, activities such as customer experience, pricing or IT were carried out in a separate premise owned by the company, now for the first time all Pan-duit activities in Romania are under one roof

Bucharest, 1.11.2023 – CTP, the largest owner, developer and operator of listed logistics and industrial real estate in continental Europe, by gross leasable area, inaugurated earlier this week, in the presence of Mr. Călin Bibarț, Mayor of Arad, the new offices of the American company Panduit in CTPark Arad North.

Located in the northern part of the city, in a well-known industrial centre, the benefits of CTPark Arad Nord include excellent infrastructure and accessibility, lower costs and a skilled workforce available. The main access is from the E68 European road, which connects Romania to Hungary, as well as the main pan-European transport corridors.

The American company Panduit, which produces various electronic components such as fiber optic and copper cables, as well as server racks, has been present in Arad since 2009, the first city in Europe where the American company has invested in IT equipment production capacity. From CTPark Arad North, Panduit delivers equipment both nationally and across Europe, including the Middle and Near East.

With the inauguration of the new office space, which meets Panduit’s specific requirements and is connected to the production premises owned by the American company in CTPark Arad North, all Panduit activities – IT, pricing, marketing and administration, customer experience, production, warehousing – will be under one roof.

Bogdan Voda, Plant Manager, Panduit Romania, said:

“The building we inaugurated earlier this week is not just a workspace; it is a symbol of Panduit's continuity and development in Arad. In addition to this new office space, in which the IT, Pricing, Customer experience, Marketing and Administrative departments will work, we have increased the storage space with an 800 sqm extension of the warehouse and we have made improvements to the production building, precisely because we want to offer all our employees a clean and civilized working space. I take this opportunity to thank both our partners at CTP and the colleagues who coordinated this transformation.”
