Role description:
- Management of the operation of buildings and technological equipment, participation in taking over and handing over the object of the lease
- Preparation and updating of the Park’s operating regulations
- Preparation and control of compliance with operation and maintenance budgets
- Preparation of calculations, documents/opinions for re-invoicing costs to the tenant
- Communication with users of objects, with suppliers, with colleagues within the company
- Checking the provision of mandatory maintenance, creating maintenance plans
- Organization of removal of warranty defects and minor construction modifications requested by the tenant, organization of minor construction works
- PO and OSH organization, environmental issues, tenders for subcontracts
- Management and control of a team of maintenance employees, subcontractors and the CTP HelpDesk
- Energetics, optimization of object operation, evaluation of operating costs
- Cooperation with the construction/project department
- Work with systems: DMS, Axapta, Tririga (we will provide training)
Who we are looking for:
- An organized, responsible colleague with experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
- Experienced Parkmaker with business mindset and experience
- An advantage: experience in managing own projects and a team
