Property Manager

Role description:

• Management of the operation of buildings and technological equipment, participation in taking over and handing over the object of the lease
• Preparation and updating of the Park’s operating regulations
• Preparation and control of compliance with operation and maintenance budgets
• Preparation of calculations, documents/opinions for re-invoicing costs to the tenant
• Communication with users of objects, with suppliers, with colleagues within the company
• Checking the provision of mandatory maintenance, creating maintenance plans
• Organization of removal of warranty defects and minor construction modifications requested by the tenant, organization of minor construction works
• PO and OSH organization, environmental issues, tenders for subcontracts
• Management and control of a team of maintenance employees, subcontractors and the CTP HelpDesk
• Energetics, optimization of object operation, evaluation of operating costs
• Cooperation with the construction/project department
• Work with systems: DMS, Axapta, Tririga (we will provide training)

Who we are looking for:

• An organized, responsible colleague with experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
• Experienced Parkmaker with business mindset and experience
• An advantage: experience in managing own projects and a team
