Role description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of office properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and security.
- Setting up property management strategy, structure and processes
- Responsibility for Senior Property Managers, who oversee the maintenance and day-to-day care of the properties; troubleshooting when necessary
- Development and implementation of Property management related software and IT infrastructure
- Leading, coordinating and controlling property, facility and maintanance team
- Actively searching how to reduce costs
- Conduct review, studies, and evaluations of operations and standards in collaboration with senior property managers throughout the country, including development of new concepts for improvement of departmental performance
- Preparation, control of operating and investment budgets
- Communication with suppliers and tenants
- Organization, preparation and participation in strategic tenders for subcontracts for the office portfolio in Czechia (mainly Brno)
- Setting up property management strategy, structure and processes

- Strong leader with team management skills, who is proficient in financial analysis and budgeting
- Results oriented and efficient Parkmaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management, preferably within the office sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
- In-depth knowledge of property management best practices and local regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English & Czech/Slovak
