In 2022, CTP began the process of expansion into the Polish industrial and logistics market. During the last year, driven by almost 25 years of experience of the CTP Group, we have been systematically developing our local real estate portfolio.

As a result, several strategically located CTP parks with direct access to expressways or motorways have appeared or are in the process of appearing on our Polish map.
