ЦТП проширује партнерство са РАРА Логистиц-ом на преко 31.000 квадратних метара у три кључна румунска града

Bucharest, 10th of March 2025 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), announces the expansion of its partnership with RARA Logistic, a leading Romanian logistics provider. The collaboration now spans over 31,000 sqm across CTP’s parks in Bucharest, Sibiu, and Deva, reinforcing both companies’ commitment to strengthening Romania’s logistics infrastructure.

This expansion of Rara Logistic marks a significant milestone in their collaborative efforts to enhance logistical capabilities across Romania.

Since the start of their collaboration in 2023 with an initial lease of 11,800 sqm at CTPark Bucharest West, RARA Logistic has consistently expanded within CTP’s parks.

In 2024, RARA Logistic expanded its footprint to 4,500 (4,800) sqm at CTPark Sibiu, followed by another expansion to 5,500 sqm in CTPark Deva in 2025. Currently, an additional 8,900 sqm in Bucharest West is slated for expansion, underscoring the robust growth trajectory of their partnership.

RARA Logistic, founded in 2009, specializes in tailored logistics services, alleviating the stress of storage space search for clients. Operating with two class A warehouses totalling 15,000 (25,300) sqm in Sibiu, the company offers a comprehensive range of storage and distribution services for products of all shapes and sizes.

Bucharest West: A premier destination for logistics and distribution
With over 900,000 sqm of existing space and a planned total of nearly 1.5 million leasable square meters, CTPark Bucharest West is the largest industrial park in Europe. Strategically located along the A1 motorway, just a few kilometres from Bucharest, it offers exceptional connectivity to both local and international markets, including fast access to the Port of Constanța.

Beyond its scale, CTPark Bucharest West is designed to support business growth.
