CTP expands its portfolio: Newly acquired CTPark Pardubice Rosice strengthens its position in a promising region

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area (“GLA”), has expanded its portfolio with another strategic location. The newly acquired CTPark Pardubice Rosice in the Czech Republic provides 52,000 sqm of production and storage space in two detached CTSpace facilities. Currently, 14,739 sqm is available for immediate lease.

The acquisition, completed on 6 May 2025, confirms CTP’s confidence in the Pardubice region as a promising centre for modern industry and logistics. Pardubice benefits from excellent transport links, a skilled workforce, and a long-standing industrial tradition. These factors were behind CTP’s decision to expand its operations in an area where it already successfully operates CTPark Pardubice.

Jakub Kodr, Managing Director of CTP for the Czech Republic, explains:

“Pardubice is a long-established location for high-tech manufacturing and logistics. A number of major companies already operate here, and we believe that the new park in Rosice will further enhance the attractiveness of this region. We have decided to acquire a fully functional site that is ready for immediate use by our clients thanks to its finished floors, docks and drive-ins.”
 

The park is located on the strategic outskirts of Pardubice, close to the I/37 expressway, just a few minutes from the city centre and the international airport. The construction of the D35 motorway corridor—an important transport artery connecting Pardubice with Olomouc—is also crucial. The wider region is home to over 500,000 inhabitants, which, together with the presence of the University of Pardubice, ensures good access to a technically educated workforce. Existing tenants include 2VV and 4Camping.

Kristýna Dinebierová, Business Developer at CTP, concludes:

“We pay attention to sustainability at all our parks. In Rosice, we also plan to install photovoltaic panels on the roofs of the buildings and other elements that reduce energy consumption. The buildings are aiming for BREEAM Very Good certification, which is a standard for us that reflects the demands of our clients and our own responsibility towards the environment.”
