Another milestone in logistics: GSP increases its presence at CTP

Budapest, 2026. 02. 24. – GSP Global Solutions Provider has further expanded its cooperation with CTP Hungary by leasing an additional nearly seven thousand square meters in one of the halls of CTPark Vecsés on a long-term basis. The decision was supported by the park’s excellent location, the availability of a skilled workforce, public transport access, and the continued expansion of the existing business relationship.

The dynamically developing logistics service provider, GSP Global Solutions Provider, has taken another significant step in expanding its operations: a long-term lease agreement has been concluded for approximately seven thousand square meters in an existing hall at CTPark Vecsés. With this agreement, the company is extending its cooperation with CTP to a second logistics and industrial park.

The current agreement builds on an already established partnership. GSP moved into the CTPark Budapest East logistics and industrial park in 2025, where it provides contract logistics and complex 3PL services, and is now further expanding this collaboration in Vecsés. The developer’s flexibility, available resources and construction capacity ensure that the newly leased space meets all technical and scheduling requirements.

“The logistics industry is evolving at a rapid pace, and flexibility and quick response are key to success. We needed a partner that could support our expansion with tailor-made solutions,” said Bence Andrási, Country Manager of GSP Global Solutions Provider, emphasizing that the hall meets the company’s expectations in every respect.

Sustainable technical solutions, excellent certification and location

The hall leased in CTPark Vecsés is equipped with modern, sustainable technical solutions. The building already features a solar panel system, motion-sensor-controlled LED lighting and a building management system (BMS) to support energy-efficient operation. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump system, allowing the facility to operate without gas consumption. The hall holds a BREEAM “Excellent” rating, confirming its high standard of environmentally conscious design and operation.

The agreement fits well with CTP’s strategy built on long-term tenant partnerships and further strengthens the position of CTPark Vecsés among the leading logistics locations in the Budapest metropolitan area.

GSP’s decision was driven by the park’s excellent location, the availability of labour, and its easy accessibility by public transport. In addition, CTP’s development flexibility, available resources and the already established business relationship between the parties—now further expanding—were key considerations, as GSP had previously leased space in another CTP industrial park.

“Based on its previous rental experience, GSP has already seen that CTP not only provides high-quality locations and technical standards, but is also able to respond flexibly to individual needs and tight deadlines. We are pleased that our existing cooperation has now expanded further,” emphasized Péter Tar, Regional Business Development Lead of CTP Hungary.
