CTPark Mülheim

Mülheim an der Ruhr, a large independent city with 170,000 inhabitants, is located in the western Ruhr area of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), bordering the cities of Duisburg and Essen. As part of the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region, it is just a stone's throw from the state capital Düsseldorf, nestled in the Bergisches Land, an area that is gaining increasing importance due to its excellent location. Mülheim a.d.R. has already completed its transformation into a diverse economic hub. Despite its large green and forested areas, it can compete with neighboring central cities, especially with its universities and Max Planck Institutes. The city's economy is primarily focused on commercial and industrial parks with a high employment density, which CTP supports by developing nearly 160,000 m² of commercial space on Schützenstraße.
