Quehenberger picks up traction in Bulgaria

CTP is proud to have supported Quehenberger Logistics’ debut into the Bulgarian market and several subsequent expansions. As a leading global logistics company, Bulgaria offered new, unique opportunities for Quehenberger and their clients: growing domestic consumption, strategic location as Europe’s Southeastern gateway, continued EU integration, and a growing domestic economy.

For Quehenberger, CTP was a logical choice. Because we were already their real estate provider in Slovakia and Romania, we already understood their needs. Additionally, our team has been in active in Bulgaria since 2019, so we understand the local business landscape and had existing locations to help them hit the ground running.

Quehenberger initially moved into 2,000 sqm at CTPark Sofia East, providing them easy access to the capital and beyond with the city centre just ten minutes away and direct access to Trakia Highway and Sofia International Airport. Furthermore, the park is connected with public transit making it easier for the employee base.
