CTPark Žatec is strategically located 30 km from the German border on the D7 roadway connecting Prague/Chomutov, close to the E55/D8 motorway (Prague/Dresden). The area is situated between three districts with approximately 300,000 inhabitants within a 30 km radius from the park.

CTPark Most is strategically located 20km from the German border near the E55/D8 motorway (Prague/Dresden), a major north-south pan-European corridor. The area’s large population base, long industrial tradition and above-average unemployment rate ensure long-term availability of skilled labour.

CTPark Chomutov offers a wide range of possibilities for production and warehousing activities.
