CTP welcomes Negroni Trading to CTBox at CTPark Bucharest West

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area (“GLA”), announces that Negroni Trading, a company specialising in the import and distribution of premium artisanal spirits and goods, has leased a CTBox unit at CTPark Bucharest West, the largest industrial park in Central and Eastern Europe.

Negroni Trading will operate sales and storage activities from its new location, alongside office and utility functions, occupying a total leased space of approx. 600 sqm. This includes 400 sqm dedicated to warehousing, and 200 sqm of office space.
The company chose CTPark Bucharest West for its strategic location and proven reputation for providing the best work environment among Romania’s industrial parks. The CTBox concept provides flexibility and right-sized space in one efficient unit within a vibrant business community, well suited to a growing business. The space enables Negroni Trading to integrate storage and administrative functions within a single, growth-ready real estate solution, supporting its local expansion plans.

CTP introduced its bespoke CTBox small business units at CTPark Bucharest West in 2025 specifically for growing SME and startup markets—the first location outside the Czech Republic, where the concept was developed. The first CTBox clients at CTPark Bucharest West include Annabella (former Profi), which operates an onsite convenience store/cafe using a combination of two units. CTP is rolling out the CTBox concept to other markets, including Poland, Germany, Serbia, and Italy.

CTBox offers flexible, plug-and-play units of approximately 500 to 600 sqm, efficiently combining warehouse space, offices, and showroom or sales areas.
