Gundlach verlängert Mietvertrag im CTPark Arrabona und stärkt Partnerschaft
Budapest, 11 November 2025 – Gundlach Automotive Solutions Kft. has extended its long-term lease at CTPark Arrabona—one of the key industrial and logistics hubs in the city of Győr in north-western Hungary. The Audi supplier leases a nearly 11,000 sqm production and distribution facility with specialised infrastructure that supports uninterrupted, “just-in-sequence” deliveries. The renewed agreement underscores the strength of CTP’s business model, built on long-standing client relationships.
CTP has signed another long-term lease agreement with Gundlach Automotive Solutions Kft., a trusted partner for many years and a key supplier to the Audi Hungaria assembly plant in Győr. From its nearly 11,000 sqm production and distribution facility at CTPark Arrabona, Gundlach assembles complete wheels—tires and rims—and delivers them “just-in-sequence” to Audi’s production line.
For Gundlach, infrastructure tailored to its specialised operations is indispensable. The building’s high utility capacity and covered loading area provide an ideal environment for these critical logistics processes. “A predictable environment is essential for long-term operations. Our cooperation with CTP has provided a solid foundation for us to remain a reliable supplier to Audi for years,” says Zoltán Ódor, Location and Production Manager of Gundlach Automotive Solutions Kft., emphasising that proximity to the Audi factory was also a decisive factor in their continued partnership.
