CTPark Louny II Welcomes PEI-Genesis as First Tenant

Louny, 30 July 2026 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of logistics and industrial real estate by gross leasable area (GLA), has signed a long-term lease agreement with PEI-Genesis Group – a global leader in the design and assembly of custom-engineered connectors and cable solutions for harsh environments. PEI-Genesis will utilise nearly 5,000 sqm of distribution space in a newly built warehouse at CTPark Louny II to support the European deliveries of cables, connectors, and interconnect solutions to customers in the datacentre and telecommunications, defence, energy, and healthcare industries.

Located in the northwest of the Czech Republic, CTPark Louny II is the next phase of development at CTPark Louny and meets the growing demand for modern industrial space in the region. Handover of PEI-Genesis’s new facility is scheduled for November 2026.

Michal Přib, Senior Business Developer at CTP in the Czech, says:

“We’re building CTPark Louny II as a natural continuation of the successful CTPark Louny, with an emphasis on modern standards, flexibility, and space for growth. The fact that the first tenant is a crucial company in critical supply chains confirms the attractiveness of the location and the overall quality of the project.”

At completion, CTPark Louny II will offer nearly 36,000 sqm of modern industrial space in a campus covering more than nine hectares, with facilities designed to fulfil the demands of companies seeking high-quality space for manufacturing and logistics. CTPark Louny II’s strategic location on the I/7 road near the D7 motorway offers excellent accessibility to Prague and other regional hubs. Combined with access to skilled labour and the region’s long industrial tradition, this creates ideal conditions for logistics operations and high-tech manufacturing.

PEI / Genesis s.r.o. Managing Director Catherine Deswarte, says:

“The new CTPark Louny II facility strengthens our ability to supply our European clients, and it allow us to cut delivery times while maintaining the high standards our customers in critical industries have come to expect. Connecting distribution with subsequent activities brings greater efficiency and the space for further growth.”

PEI-Genesis specialises in the license production of connectors for leading global producers such as Amphenol, ITT Cannon, LEMO, SOURIAU, HUBER+SUHNER, as well as custom cable system production. In 2023, the company acquired Louny-based Bel Stewart s.r.o. as part of its strategy to strengthen and expand its European distribution network. PEI-Genesis’s new space at CTPark Louny II reinforces its European distribution operations and connects them to adjacent technological activities, including solutions for telecommunication networks, next-generation datacentres, industry, defence, and applications associated with the growing demand for artificial intelligence (AI).

PEI-Genesis was represented by Rapak&Co. in the selection process and negotiations of conditions.

Daniel Rapák, Founder and Director of Rapak&Co., adds:

“Details make the difference in technically complicated operations, in connecting logistics to production, the building’s technical parameters, and spaces for further growth. CTPark Louny II was able to harmonise client demands with a solution that will be successful over the long term.”
