2025 Final Dividend

CTP proposes a final 2025 dividend of €0.32 per ordinary share, which will be paid, subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting, in May 2026. This will bring the total 2025 dividend to €0.63 per ordinary share, which represents a pay-out of 74% of the Company Specific Adjusted EPRA EPS, in line with the Group’s 70% – 80% dividend policy pay-out ratio, and an increase of 6.8% compared to 2024.

The dividend will be offered to shareholders by way of shares or cash, after the deduction of 15% Dutch dividend withholding tax (if applicable), at the election of the shareholder. The dividend in shares is exempt from Dutch dividend withholding tax.

Die Aktionäre werden gebeten, ihre Zustimmung über ihre Depotbank, ihre Bank oder ihren Börsenmakler mitzuteilen, die die bevorzugte Wahl an die Zahlstelle der Gesellschaft, die ING Bank N.V., weiterleiten werden. Wird während des Wahlzeitraums keine Wahl getroffen, wird die Dividende in Form einer Aktiendividende ausgezahlt.

The stock fraction for the shares dividend will be based on the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the Company’s shares on Euronext Amsterdam of the last three trading days of the election period, ending on 8 June 2026. Rights to fractions of shares shall be paid in cash. The Company will announce the conversion ratio for the final dividend on 9 June 2026 before market opening and the dividend will be paid out on 12 June 2026.
