The entire space features state-of-the-art heating panels and LED lighting throughout. The hall units have varying ceiling heights. All office areas can be equipped with new flooring according to tenant requirements. Some offices are already fitted with LED panels, and a fully integrated air conditioning system is installed in the office area.
