CTP leases nearly 10,000 sqm to Chorus Research Engineering Distribution at CTPark Bucharest North

Amsterdam, 21 August 2026 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner and operator of logistics and industrial real estate by gross leasable area (GLA), announces that Chorus Research Engineering Distribution, a Romanian provider of integrated electrical solutions for energy and automation technologies, has leased nearly 10,000 sqm of warehouse space at CTPark Bucharest North.

The company’s new facility will support its continued growth and further strengthens CTPark Bucharest North’s position as a preferred logistics destination for companies seeking modern, well-connected facilities with room for future growth.

Chorus Research Engineering Distribution specialises in integrated electrical solutions for energy and automation technologies. The company provides a comprehensive portfolio of products, engineering services, and technical support for customers across the energy transition, renewable energy and industrial automation sectors. It continues to expand its business to meet growing market demand.

As part of the project, CTP tailored the facility to meet the company’s specific operational requirements, including the development of a dedicated ADR storage area for hazardous goods.
