CTP completes 54,000 sqm warehouse at CTPark Bucharest South

Bucharest, 16 February 2026 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area (“GLA”), has completed a new 54,000 sqm warehouse at CTPark Bukarest Süd, located in Popești-Leordeni, south of Bucharest and the first tenants have already begun moving in.

The newly delivered building was developed in line with CTP’s standard technical specifications and forms part of the wider CTPark Bucharest South development. With this addition, the park now totals approximately 140,000 sqm of completed space, further consolidating its position as a growing logistics and industrial community in southern Bucharest.

Space is available for lease starting from 2,500 sqm and above, offering flexible options for companies seeking to expand their operations.

CTPark Bucharest South benefits from strong visibility and well-developed infrastructure, with two direct entrances from the DN4 national road and direct access to the Bucharest ring road (AO) via a junction located less than 500 metres from the park.
